David has released three solo albums and collaborated with Andreas Varady on his debut album Questions. With Lyte Records he has released recent albums by Ari Hoenig, Jason Rebello, Jean Toussaint and Moxie.
Released March 2015, Faces (LR030) is David's most acclaimed album to date. Featuring collaborations with Talib Kweli, Joe Lovano and Duke Special, it led to MOBO and UMA nominations.

Interlude (LR014, 2012) blends hip hop, soul and jazz and is his biggest selling album to date. His collaborators include rapper Soweto Kinch, members of his family Anne Lyttle and Rhea Lyttle, plus session legends Jason Rebello and Pino Palladino.

On his debut album True Story (LR001, 2007) choose an acoustic jazz setting and featured Irish jazz stars Michael Buckley and Myles Drennan. The album brought him to an national audience with regular airplay on BBC and RTE radio.

David used Questions (LR002, 2010) to bring his protégé guitarist Andreas Varady to a larger audience. They launched the album at Ronnie Scott's, London, and two years later Andreas signed to Quincy Jones' management company. He then secured a record deal with Verve Music.
